1. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
3. Customized or made-to-order outfits cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

1. Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
2. To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof.
3. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

1. Customized or made-to-order outfits
2. Minor color variations due to photography or screen resolution
3. Slight irregularities in handwoven or handcrafted fabrics, which are natural and part of their uniqueness
4. Orders placed during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)

4. Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged/incorrect items, subject to availability.
2. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Customers may be required to ship the product back in its original condition with tags intact.

5. Return Conditions

1. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
2. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Shipping Charges

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error from Lavender Closet.
